The Mesotherapy Institute of Technology offers a Mini-Fellowship Meso
therapy training program in for physicians only.
The MIT mesotherapy training mini-Fellowship consists of 24 hours of didactic and clinical training over three consecutive days in a private clinical setting. Unlike other weekend courses, you will not find yourself sitting in a hotel conference room, but participating directly in this dynamic mentoring method.
The MIT curriculum will focus on the history, theory and application of Mesotherapy currently being utilized all over the world. Our physician trainees begin treating patients on the first day with the focus on cellulite treatments, body sculpting and contouring, weight loss and facial rejuvenation. Aesthetics application of Botox Cosmetic® and cosmetic dermal fillers are taught in conjunction with Mesolift and face and neck rejuvenation techniques.
Learn this new innovative approach to body contouring, cellulite treatment and weight loss! Mesotherapy is comparable to liposuction but with such benefits as no surgery procedure recovery, no general anesthesia, no down time and a substantial reduction of cost for your patient.
Mesotherapy injections are fairly painless and administered directly into target areas. Mesotherapy promotes and supports the body's circulatory, lymphatic, and immune system to create a biological response and reverse abnormal physiology. It improves blood flow to the treatment area, metabolizes excess fat deposits (lipolysis), removes and rejuvenates fibrotic, hardened collagen connective tissue and improves lymphatic drainage. Clinical focus will place emphasis on understanding the specific pharmacological actions of Mesotherapy medications and the use of LipoSculpt™ in cellulite treatment, targeted fat reduction and body contouring. You will become familiar with and achieve competency in mixing and combining the spectrum of medications which create the MIT mesotherapy treatment formulas.
Each Fellowship trainee will achieve an extensive exposure to the Mesotherapy physical examination, diagnosis, assessment and clinical recommendations for treatment. The latter is critical to developing sound patient expectations, patient satisfaction, and successful aesthetic clinical outcomes. Each physician trainee will understand the fundamental elements, include creating contouring lines, digital photography, measures, allergy skin testing, and medication preparation. The Fellow candidate will learn all proprietary formulas developed by MIT as well as standardized formulas used generally in the Mesotherapy specialty. You will learn Injection techniques, including the MesoJectTmatrix system, targeted sculpting, deep sculpting with retrograde application, MesoLift of the face, neck, and buttocks;
Each physician fellow will learn and perform the cellulite dimple surgical procedure, percutaneous microcision dimple release (PMDR). Learn to resolve dimples in one treatment session and be able to perform on your patients. Resolution of dimples remains one of the challenges in most plastic surgery practices.
Each candidate will develop reliable aesthetic Mesotherapy experience in clinical judgment and surgical medicine applications. You will achieve confidence in your own injection techniques, the knowledge of personally mixing the formulas with aseptic technique, and patient safety-centric clinical experience to successfully implement aesthetic Mesotherapy in your medical practice.
The Mesotherapy Institute of Technology licensing agreement includes all aspects of the business operations for cosmetic mesotherapy, including front office protocols, patient database entry, scheduling matrix strategies, comprehensive consent forms, including Botox Cosmetic® and Hylaform® fillers, purchasing sources and market competitive price structuring techniques. Risk Management issues include arbitration documents. You will also consult with our webmaster on internet marketing strategies personalized to your geographic area. This dynamic turnkey training included in your clinical mini Fellowship will prepare you and your staff, fully trained and enthusiastic to increase your financial bottom line by offering aesthetic Mesotherapy to your patients.

Disclaimer: As a physician professional, you may have been disappointed with the generalized information taught at the current weekend courses on Mesotherapy. Don't be fooled. Ask these course instructors
what type of hands-on training you will receive over the weekend? Ask on how many patients will you be allowed to participate and actually perform the mesotherapy injection techniques. Ask (1) if specific mesotherapy treatment formulas will be discussed in detail; and (2) if you'll be allowed to mix the medications for each specific treatment. You may be surprised and disappointed by the answers. A two-day seminar in mesotherapy is exactly as advertised, a didactic lecture series and demonstration program.
Mesotherapy competency requires hands-on treatment of patients to effectively learn the techniques and become clinically comfortable prior to commencing mesotherapy in your office practice. Your professional liability insurance company will want to know your level of clinical experience in Mesotherapy upon application for coverage.
